We took our elderly parents for a short vacation, the staff were excellent with them especially at breakfast time. The reception staff were excellent when we arrived and checking out, the hotel had a room to keep luggage as we were flying in the evening. The rooms were a good size with large bathrooms. The breakfast was really good and lots of variety. The train station is less than 5 minutes away and the nearest tram stop is 1 minute away. The Manoel group of hotels have 6 hotels in the area and offer 15% discount in all their hotels to residents. When staying in the hotel you get free transport on the trams,bus,taxi boats and trains. We fully recommend the Kipling Manoel hotel.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay very much. The location was very good for us. It's a short, easy walk from the train station. It's not in the historic centre of Geneva, but it's not far to walk and there are plenty of good restaurants within a few blocks of the hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We really liked the decor and layout of the room. Breakfast was excellent and all the people working at the hotel were friendly and helpful. It rained while we were there and the hotel even supplied loaner umbrellas. We would have been happy to stay longer than 2 nights and would definitely stay here again if we return to Geneva.

Staff were very helpful, room was lovely comfortable and nice size, warm and cozy character, location was excellent for us with shops and cafes close, close to the Christmas market and the lake, close to (6 minutes) main bus/train station. We got free transportation card of city from hotel. The value for quality we got was really wonderful. We could leave suitcases before and after check in and out. Overall highly recommended, will stay there again.

The location is convenient, you can even get to the embankment on foot! there are many bars and small shops nearby! The Manor shopping center is 15 minutes walk away! the hotel gives a transport card, which is very convenient! there is parking (paid 30Chf)

Public transport in Geneva is free for tourists, including the train to the airport. There was a variety of restaurants in the local area. It was a short walk to the lake side and the tourist spots.
